Information on your stay

Everything concerning your stay, from your first request until check out, collected at a glance.

Child rates

In most room types, 1 child up to 6 years sleeps free of charge in the parents' bed. Should you wish for a 3rd or 4th bed for your kids, the supplements are based on the age of the children. All child rates in the hotel bed rooms include breakfast buffet and free access to the spa area; for children in the apartments, it is usually on a room only basis without breakfast. If you book half board for your children, they get a reduced price for dinner.
Baby cots set up from us are charged with a single fee of EUR 18,00. Alternatively, you can bring your own baby cot free of charge.

Cars, motorbikes & bikes

We offer enough free parking places on the buildings and within a radius of 100 metres from the hotel. Please ask our reception staff for advice if you cannot find a parking place spontaneously upon your arrival, we will gladly help you.
If you are booked for one of our apartments, please leave your luggage in your car for check in. All apartments have their own car parks right in front of the building. Our receptionists will show you the way to your apartment and to the best car park.
If you don't want to leave your car outside overnight, you can also book a place in our underground garage for EUR 5,50 per night.
Guests arriving with their own bikes or motorbikes can leave them savely and free of charge in the underground garage.

Booking request & confirmation

Our contract is based on those prices, dates, descriptions and conditions that we confirm on the time of booking. Depending on your travel dates, the price can be higher (in case of major events) or lower (in low season) than the standard rate.
With your request by phone, letter or email, you bindingly offer the contract conclusion to us. For our side, the contract is fixed by our written confirmation and - if we ask you to - your written re-confirmation within 7 days.
Please understand that we can only confirm a room type, but not a fixed room number or floor.

Cancellations & early check outs

Please note that cancellations are only accepted in written form and that we will charge 80% of the overnight costs for the cancelled nights. If your confirmation shows a deadline for cancellations free of charge, sure this is valid. If it doesn't, the booking can regularly not be cancelled free of charge.
We always suggest to contract a travel cancellation insurance that covers the cancellation fees in case of illness or accident. Please ask us for further information when making your booking.

Payment

If not agreed on a different solution, the payment is due on-site in cash, by Maestro card or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). When checking in, we will ask you for your credit card details as  guarantee. If you don't have a credit card or if you do not want to reveal your dates, you can also pay your accomodation fee upon arrival.

Check In & check out

Your room is usually ready for you from 2 p.m. On departure day we kindly ask you to clear your room until 11 a.m.

Early Check In & Late Check Out

On your arrival day, you can already use the spa area from 8 a.m.; on departure day, you can use it until the evening. We will gladly store your luggage if necessary. On sundays, it is often also possible to keep your room until the evening without extra charge, but this can only be guaranteed on the night before check out.

Beauty & Spa

We suggest to make your appointments for massages and cosmetical treatments together with your room booking, as it might not always be possible to get the desired appointment when booking short term on-site.

Dogs

If you plan to bring your dog please inform us in advance. We charge a supplement of EUR 12,00 per dog and night without food. We always reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee after check out. Please bring your own dog blanket or basket.
Dogs are only accepted on the leash and in a separated breakfast room. Needless to say, dogs are not allowed in the spa area.
